Do
we have to bring our own bed linen and towels?
All
bed linen and towels are provided and included in the weekly
tariff. Beds will be made up for your
arrival
You will need to bring your
own beach towels. No
cot linen is provided with a cot.

there are only 2 of us can we book Tremallow at a
reduced rate?
Sometimes,
discounted rates for couples are available in the
low season. Please

What
time can we arrive and what time must we leave?
Properties
are generally available from 4 pm on the day of
arrival and you will need to leave by 12 noon on
the day of departure (our cleaners will arrive
promptly at 12).

Do
we have to pay extra for heating and electricity?
Included
in the Rental price is an allowance for
electricity and heating. If this allowance is
exceeded during your stay then the additional
amount will be deducted from your refundable
deposit.

How
do we get to the property?
We
will send detailed directions along with your
Booking Confirmation.
You

We
will contact you shortly before the start date of
your holiday with key collection instructions.

I book a Short Break?
Yes,
we do take weekend & mid week bookings out of
season. Please contact
us for availability.
Can
we bring our pet?
Sorry,
no pets are allowed at Tremallow.

Do
we get a reminder to pay our balance?
The
balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your
holiday. We will send either an e-mail, or
written, reminder if necessary.

Are
Travel Cots and High Chairs available?
Travel
cots and high chairs can be provided. Please
let us know your requirements when you book your
holiday.
