Trehane, New Polzeath

Trehane is a spacious five bedroom house situated minutes walk from Polzeath beach with its vast expanse of sand and life guarded surf and bathing.  Views of the sea from the balcony upstairs.

Trehane is in a quiet location with National trust land and the coast path to one side of New Polzeath and the busy beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars to the other side. Pentire Point and the small bays are just a short walk or take a longer walk round to Lundy Bay, Epphaven or Port Quin or the other way to Daymer, Rock and Padstow.

The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker and hob, integrated fridge, chest freezer, and dishwasher and in the utility room microwave, washing machine and drier. As you come in the back door there's a large walk in shower and separate wc.

The lounge has sliding patio doors, comfy sofas, tv and dvd player and a woodburner.

The Dining room has a table and chairs and comfy chairs in front of large windows to the front of the house with views to the sea.

Downstairs are one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one tripple.  A bathroom with bath, wc, bidet and basin.

New Polzeath is situated on the North Coast of Cornwall between

Port Isaac and Rock. The nearest town is Wadebridge.
